When I asked Courtney to tell me about their wedding plans, she called it a simple country wedding. The touches of red really added an extra bit of elegance to the day. She and Chris share a love of the outdoors. An outdoor ceremony by the water and reception at the Sportsman’s Club was a perfect fit for these two! The weekend before this was so chilly, but Michigan weather flipped right around just in time for Chris and Courtney’s big day. Not only did we have beautiful sunshine- it was hot!
They had such a fun group at their reception, and so many laughs during the toasts! The slideshow was a really fun extra, and it really showed their mutual love of the outdoors and their family!
When you get ready quickly, you have time to fish!
